Two futuristic adventures are being added to PS Plus this February

After having giving us the chance to play Resident Evil Village via PlayStation Plus, Sony has treated us by adding two more adventures to the ever-growing catalogue.

The futuristic Subnautica: Below Zero and ULTROS are being put on the subscription service on February 3.

Subnautica: Below Zero

Set two years after the original instalment in the series, this sequel sees you explore the arctic region of Planet 4546B in the hopes of finding your lost sister, Alterra, after she left in a hurry in a mysterious incident. 

Abandoned research stations are scattered across the region. The question is: What happened to the scientists who lived and worked here?

The leftover logs, items, and databanks among all the debris paint a mysterious picture, but with limited resources, you must improvise to survive on your own by extensively constructing habitats, scavenging for resources, and crafting equipment. 

As you search for your sister, beware of the undiscovered creatures that are all over the region. Can you avoid being their meal for the day, and can you find your sister?

ULTROS

After crashing your ship on The Sarcophagus, a giant, drifting, cosmic uterus holding an ancient demonic being known as ULTROS, you are trapped in the eternal loop of a black hole. 

You will have to explore The Sarcophagus and discover if you are the breaker of this cycle, or will you be the link between its destruction and rebirth?

Experience brutal, intimate, close-quarter combat with cosmic lifeforms, where every slash of your blade counts. 

The rich world of ULTROS holds many secrets for those curious enough,  and fearless enough, to seek out. A loop-based mechanic will allow you to start over at key moments in the story, providing opportunities to unfold the secrets that are throughout The Sarcophagus. You can also unlock a variety of different areas within the world and also harness new abilities on a branching skill tree. 

Experiment and master your own specific fighting style as you explore the world of ULTROS, with each loop bringing you closer to the truth.
