Wired covers the phenomena of fan-made sequels to popular adventure games in an article titled The Adventures Never End.

It includes interviews with Roy Lazarovich, the programmer behind Night of the Hermit, a spin off of the Monkey Island series, as well as with Sascha Borisow, creator of The New Adventures of Zak McCracken. Wired has also gotten a comment from David Fox, Zak McCracken’s original programmer, who shares his enthusiasm on the fan-made projects. “This is really the only way people have to continue playing in these universes that were created”, Fox said.
