“Universe For Sale”: A Stellar Debut from Tmesis Studios

Tmesis Studios, in collaboration with Akupara Games, has officially announced the release date for their debut title, Universe For Sale. This sci-fi narrative adventure is set to launch on November 16th for PC, Mac, and Linux. The game takes players on a unique journey set in a derelict mining colony on Jupiter, filled with unusual characters including strange cultists, sentient apes, and hard-working androids. The game's protagonists, Lila and the Master, seek to unravel their forgotten past while battling a creeping sensation of deja-vu.

Universe For Sale is a point-and-click narrative experience that explores human relationships and self-acceptance. Players will navigate Jupiter's bazaars, engage with compelling characters, and create their own narratives using Lila's power to create custom universes. The game's features include hand-drawn animation from veterans of underground European comics, an intriguing mystery to solve, a vibrant world to explore, and a unique minigame that allows players to craft a cosmos in a ceramic cup. The game also boasts a relaxing, original soundtrack from the talented Guglielmo Diana.
