Marathon has a stacked voice cast, and here’s the full list of actors

Marathon is only going from strength to strength as we get closer to the launch of Bungie’s take on the extraction shooter genre.

The recent reveals on gameplay systems and Runner Shells, combined with a tasty-looking Collector’s Edition, have only added to the hype of the game, as well as one more huge bonus—an amazing voice cast.

Let’s get into the complete list of who is lending their voice acting talents for Marathon. Spoiler alert, there are some faces you’ll definitely know.

Since Marathon may be described as ‘just an extraction shooter’, you may have thought Bungie could’ve either gone down the route of limited dialogue, or via the Arc Raiders path of picking up voice actors and combining this with AI for efficiency and less overall cost.

Instead, the developer has gone the complete opposite and shelled out for some serious voice actors who have lent their talents to a plethora of great games.

As you can see, we get to enjoy more stellar lines from the likes of Ben Starr, Jennifer English, and Roger Clark, just to name a few.

While you might be shocked to see both the caliber and the number of actors in Marathon, Bungie does have a track record of using people of this ilk. Just think of Destiny, Ghost started out life with Peter Dinklage’s voice, who then transitioned to Nolan North, Zavala being voiced by the late Lance Reddick, and Cayde-6 embodied by Nathan Fillion, amongst many more.

All in all, it’s fantastic to see that there is certainly going to be some depth to Marathon, with a whole host of dialogue that other extraction games simply don’t offer.
