There are a plethora of machines both big and small to take on in Arc Raiders, and the Bastion is certainly up there in terms of lethality.

With seemingly unlimited rounds in its miniguns, if you’re taking on a Bastion, you’re going to have to be well-equipped and focus on its skinny leg weak points.

If you are someone who likes a bit of suffering and wants to challenge yourself to destroying multiple Bastions per raid, you’re probably looking for answers if Arc of this ilk respawn. We’ve got the answer for you.

Do Bastions respawn in Arc Raiders?

The short answer on if Bastions respawn in Arc Raiders is yes, they do come back while you’re still Topside, despite them being a larger than normal enemy.

This is great since you do enter raids at different times, and if a Bastion gets killed early on, you’ve still got a shot at taking on your own.

As for when you can expect a Bastion respawn, based on our experience, you’re looking around the ten-minute mark, so if you’re looking to go Bastion hunting for either fun, stockpiling for the Expedition, or to complete a Trial, you’re going to be needing to stay in-raid for a long while.

Using things like Deadline Mines are the go-to for many who want a quick kill, thus allowing for a quicker respawn, but you’ve got to take note of the blast radius because you’ll end up taking yourself down in the process.

We would recommend going to Stella Montis to get your Bastion kills since it’s a pretty easy location to take one down, but due to the sheer amount of PvP, maybe stay clear.

Instead, potentially look to Spaceport since there’s a pretty regular spawn near the northwest Raider Hatch and is usually uncontested. You’ll be able to get off Wolfpacks easily, too, since you’ll be fully outdoors, contrary to that of the confined Stella Montis.
