Dispatch players are desperate to save Chase and here’s the verdict on if it’s possible
Dispatch Episodes 5 & 6 are out in the wild, giving Robert Robertson a few more headaches as to which superheroes need to be deployed. At the end of Episode 6, you reach a point where the retired Chase feels like it’s time to spring into action one last time, but can you save him from the brink?
Let’s delve into whether you can save Chase so he can stay in your superhero crew for that bit longer.
Is there a way to save Chase in Dispatch?
As Chase looks to cash in one last super speed before his body gives out, in order to try and save Invisigal, most of you out there will be second-guessing yourself as to whether you could have done anything to save him prior to this.
Dispatch obviously offers you a bunch of different dialogue options, with some leading to someone “remembering this”, so naturally, you might think there is one decision that you could make to avoid Chase biting the dust.
Sadly, this is not the case, and no matter what options you have chosen up to this point in Dispatch, you cannot change the outcome for Chase. He will always go to the aid of Invisigal, using his super speed to do so.
This is somewhat unfortunate as there’s some really great dialogue between Chase and the others in this set of Episodes, but leading up to this, it did appear that Chase was going to be using his powers at some point, even if it did lead to his demise.
The only other question on everyone’s lips is if Chase is actually dead in that final scene. It did appear to be the case but with the classic cut to black that movies love to do, there’s no saying for sure until Dispatch Episode 7 comes around.
