Arc Raiders offers a few rarity types, with the hardest to find being Epics and Legendaries. However, one of the trickiest items to locate is the Uncommon Light Bulb.

Yes, that’s right, you can go multiple raids without even seeing a singular Light Bulb and if you’re looking to progress that Expedition Project, you’re going to need a few of them.

We’ve got some pretty nailed on spots for where to find Light Bulbs in Arc Raiders, so you can put the frustration to bed forever.

Where to find Light Bulbs in Arc Raiders

In the description of the Light Bulb in Arc Raiders, it states that it can be found in Electrical locations, and while this is strictly true, there are much better options than going inside those regions’ buildings.

The absolute best spot for finding Light Bulbs in Arc Raiders is via cars. Yes, those beaten up cars from an age gone by are a goldmine for this precious every day household item.

On our runs, there seems to be an almost guaranteed spot in Dam Battlegrounds’ Generator Hall area within the car next to the extraction point. It is annoyingly out in the open where other raiders can target you, not to mention the Rocketeer that likes to roam here too, so make sure the coast is clear before breaching the hood.

Since you need five Light Bulbs for the Expedition Project, you can stay on Dam Battlegrounds and rush over to the Electrical Substation for another close to guaranteed Light Bulb spawn.

Again, there is a car just next to the Substation where they’ll should be at least one Light Bulb inside.

You can repeat this over and over to get to the requirement but if you’d like a change of scenery, load into The Blue Gate.

Here, go immediately to Checkpoint where there are more cars to even count. Do a run looting as many of these cars as you can and if you don’t come out with at least a couple of Light Bulbs at the end of it, we’ll eat our retro future style helmet.
