The Good
- Dark, fascinating story with clever writing
- convincing cast of characters, particularly Burton
- gripping musical score, solid acting and top-notch FMV quality
- gameplay has been improved from the first episode.
The Bad
- Some clues are really difficult to spot
- the Evidence Folder is still much too straightforward
- light gameplay emphasis still won’t be for everyone.

Very good
A game of very high quality. Although some aspects might have been executed better, we would recommend this game without hesitation.
A significant improvement over the first episode both in terms of story and gameplay, The Watcher is a must-play for mystery buffs, fans of noir/crime adventures and FMV nostalgics.
